I get 60 fps 95% of the time outside.100% of the time inside.
I still get the odd dip here and there (outside) but that is due to the usual areas where everyone gets dips. I did this as I am playing in 4k and wanted to keep the fps dips to a minimum.for the most part this works great for my system. I set the shadow distance & shadow quality to high. What I have done with my install is set the settings to Ultra in the first menu, then go to advanced and manually set each of the 4 viewing distances to about 1/4 less than max. Yes, its more geared towards older systems that are struggling to meet the graphics demand. It's actually GRASS that's generated on the fly using PARAMETERS initialized when you launch the. Those little pebbles, underwater plants, dead shrubs, and thickets in the screenshots aren't physical objects in the game world. One of the first ones I tried.Didn't help at all.It would be beneficial if I had openworld FPS issues but since everything is well above 60,except Riften it didn't really make much difference.Thx for the advice though. This mod reduces the density of insignificant objects to 0, effectively removing their existence safely from your game. Maybe not so much outside of Riften though but it may be worth a try. Might give you a few more fps depending on the selection.
